Healthy Eats: Protein Mug Cake

I've been having major cravings for all things sweet lately, and decided to try out this protein mug cake I'd been seeing all over Instagram. There were many recipes available, but this was the easiest (and my favorite) thus far.

Recipe adapted from @ilove_fitness2:
1 scoop whey protein powder (chocolate, or whatever flavor you prefer)
1 egg white
1 tbsp almond butter (crunchy)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 C water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, spray mug with any non-stick spray, pour the mix in. Cover the top of the mug with saran wrap, microwave for 1-2 min (mine took 1 min), flip onto a plate, and enjoy!

Not the prettiest cake I've made, but it totally hit the spot.
